Progressing slowly

The problem with announcing I have a blog on Facebook means I have to be sure to blog occasionally.  About the reading:  The Elements is not available for Kindle so I have to read it as a real book which means I can't read it in bed.  So, I started The Planets.  The good news is that The Planets was written in 2006 so it will update my knowledge a bit.  The bad news is that it was written in 2006 and a lot has happened vis-a-vis the planets since 2006.  But I soldier on.
